San Jose City Council – PACK THE ROOM – Demand Ethical Investment!

ACTION ALERT – GIVE PUBLIC COMMENT TO DEMAND ETHICAL INVESTMENT!

On Thursday February 19, the San Jose City Council’s Public Safety, Finance and Strategic Support (PSFSS) Committee will be holding their annual review of the City’s investment policy. Join us to give public comment demanding that the City pass an ethical investment policy, banning investments in corporations that work with ICE, Israel, and the prison industrial complex.

The City currently has over $50 million invested in corporations with direct ties to Israel’s genocide in Palestine. Some of these corporations also directly contract with ICE, enabling ICE’s terrorism against our immigrant neighbors.

We must demand ethical investment now! No money for genocide, ICE, prisons, or any other human rights abuses!
